The Full Service Property Consultancy NAI Pickard represented the buyer Uniqa Real Estate AG, a part of the Uniqa Insurance Group, on their aquisition of the City Centre Retail & Entertainment Complex in Mykolaiv which was finalized in August.
City Centre with a total area 25 000 m2 enjoys a superior location, in the central part of Mykolaiv on the busiest crossroads of Lenina & Sadova streets. There are more than 20 public transport routes nearby. Approximately 50% of the city’s inhabitants (about 250 000) have easy access by a 10 minute drive.
Besides an excellent location the City Centre is fully tenanted with a mix of both international and Ukrainian retail chains with such major anchors as Velyka Kyshenya, Intertop, City.com, Colins, Reserved, Brocard, Adidas, Columbia and others.
The entertainment area includes a bowling club, billiard, cinema, restaurants & café.

There is a possibility to improve the income of the centre by a minimum of 30%.”
